The Engagement Ring

TNT movie. Promotional copy. Sara Rosa is full of plans to expand the family vineyard, and is working with fiancé Brian to buy the adjoining farm from owner Nick Di Cenzo and his nephew Tony. But unknown to Sara and Tony, the two families are already linked - Nick and Sara's mother Alicia have a passionate history centred on an engagement ring and proposal that went astray in the mail 50 years earlier. The reappearance of the ring reignites their animosity and, with the property deal about to go off the rails, Tony and Sara join forces to try and end the feud. But the passion has moved to a new generation - and Sara's careful plans for her life are thrown into turmoil by her fierce attraction to Tony.

This is a great lighthearted love story that makes you laugh and cry. I taped this on TIVO and have been waiting for this to come out on DVD. I have been checking periodically on Amazon because I do watch this movie on a regular basis. PLEASE PLEASE bring this out on DVD for the USA. Great movie with great actors!!! Thank you!

This is a wonderful, lighthearted story of romance with Patricia Heaton that anyone of any age can enjoy. We enjoyed the complicated background and the happy ending. We would like to get a copy of the video. How can we do that? It is said that it isn't known when and if it will be available. Will it ever be shown on TV again?

I bought this box for a man's ring size 9. The box is gorgeous; but, when I put my ring in the box, the top didn't come close to closing. This ring has a stone but it isn't a huge ring. I will keep the box to use for a small lady's ring because it is a nice box, but the write-up needs to warn people not to order it for larger rings.
