This is really a great ring. The quality is outstanding and I couldn't be happier. The ring itself is very solid and substantial. The Sapphire is quite large, very clean and clear of any inclusions, and the color is just perfect: not too dark, not too light... just right. I fell in love with this set the minute I saw it, so I bought it immediately. I wore it for about a week and the large center stone fell out. Down the shower drain!! Needs to be faceted stronger!!! While I'm a little disapointed, the company has responded quickly and super friendly and is replacing it immediately.

Monster-in-Law (New Line Platinum Series)
As an esteemed television journalist put out to pasture by the networks and faced with the engagement of her son, Jane Fonda is fierce, funny, and ready to rumble as the title character in Monster-in-Law in a way that the rest of the film itself never really is. Jennifer Lopez, the film's other above-the-title star, is set to marry handsome, wealthy Michael Vartan but has one helluva time dealing with his insanely possessive mother. The result is pretty much what you'd expect--lots of snarls and slapstick and an easy, kisses-all-around conclusion, though it is surprising (and maybe a little disheartening) to watch Fonda throw herself into such disposable comedy with such gusto. Director Robert Luketic, who slept while Reese Witherspoon tottered off with his Legally Blonde, once again relies solely on the assembled talent: He leaves a high-wattage Lopez playing things a little too cute, a reedy Vartan looking visibly disinterested, and canny comedian Wanda Sykes making what she can--which, luckily, is a lot--of her role as Fonda's wisecracking personal assistant (the type of black sidekick role that's an indication of how creakily formulaic the film is). Once again, the image that is shawn in the product description, make the product look bigger than it is. The ring is very beautiful, lovely design, but is too small and tinny. Still don't know if my wife is going to like it because I haven't given it to her yet. I promise to write the conclusion. I think that it would be very helpful that Amazon put, next to the image or photo of the products, another object, just to have a comparision of relative sizes. For example, for this ring, it would have been ideal to have had shown it placed in a real standard lady finger.

This is a beautiful sapphire, the stone is dark dark blue and the high setting is really an eye catcher. Shown in white gold, I chose the yellow gold and it is quite lovely.
